2. Keyboard navigation

Interactive website controls are intended to work with Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter, Space, and Escape where appropriate. The mobile menu closes with Escape, and focus indicators are designed to remain visible. If keyboard focus becomes trapped or an item cannot be reached, please report the page and control.

3. Images and visual content

App screenshots include text and interface detail that may be difficult to read inside an image. Nearby page copy describes the relevant feature, and screenshots are not the only source of instructions. Decorative CSS shapes are not announced by screen readers.

4. Motion

The home hero includes decorative movement and reveal transitions. The sponsored preview has a pulsing play symbol. When reduced motion is requested, it uses a slower, gentler pulse without the animated outer ring. When your device or browser is set to reduce motion, animation duration is minimized and content is shown without a required motion sequence.

5. External content

Apple’s App Store, email applications, public source websites, and the Urolog app are outside the technical control of this website. Their accessibility can vary. Contact the relevant provider for barriers within an external service, and tell us if an external link prevents access to information we can provide another way.

6. Known limitations

• App screenshots can contain small interface text even when alternative descriptions are present.
• Font Awesome icons are loaded from an external CDN and may not appear when third-party assets are blocked; essential text remains.
• The contact form opens a local email application and depends on a configured email client.
• PDF or source documents linked in future may have different accessibility support.

7. Requesting an alternative

If you cannot access information, email [email protected]. Include the page URL, the barrier, your preferred format, and assistive technology if you are comfortable sharing it. Do not include sensitive diary or health information.
