Subscription Terms

1. Website and seller roles

BladderCare provides website information about Urolog, which is published by Echelon App Limited. This page is a general guide and does not create or amend the app developer's or Apple's purchase agreement. The confirmed purchase offer and applicable consumer law control.

2. App download and optional paid access

Urolog is listed as a free download with in-app purchases. Optional features, prices, currencies, billing periods, and availability can change by region or offer. Check the current App Store listing and purchase confirmation screen.

3. Payment and renewal

If you buy through Apple's in-app purchase system, Apple processes the payment using your Apple Account. An auto-renewing offer continues according to the renewal terms displayed when you agree. Review any deadline and cancel before it applies if you do not want a further charge.

4. Trials and introductory pricing

A trial or introductory offer is available only when explicitly shown to an eligible account. Review when the offer ends and the price that follows. Apple advises canceling a free or discounted trial at least 24 hours before it ends if you do not want renewal.

5. Managing or canceling an Apple subscription

On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, and select the relevant app. Use the cancellation control and follow the prompts. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. For the current steps and help locating a subscription, use Apple's cancellation instructions.

6. Restoring app access

Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase and the app's restore option if one is available. If access remains missing, use the app developer support link on the App Store listing. Website support cannot access your Apple Account or activate a subscription.

7. Changes and refunds

Features, prices, and offers can change subject to the seller's terms and applicable law. Apple handles refund requests for payments made through its system. Read our Refund & Cancellation guide and Apple's current instructions. No refund decision is promised by this website.

8. Sponsored merchant offers

A product offered through /sponsored/ is separate from the app. Review that seller's checkout for any subscription, repeat-delivery arrangement, or recurring charge. Do not use Apple's subscription controls for an order billed by another merchant. Contact the seller shown on the receipt.

9. Consumer rights and contact

Nothing on this page restricts rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact the website owner for corrections to this guide; contact the billing provider or seller for an individual transaction.
