2. Information we may receive

Messages you choose to send

If you email or call us, we may receive the contact details you provide, the content of your request, and information needed to respond. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, detailed bladder diary entries, diagnoses, or other sensitive health information.

The contact form

The form prepares a message in your email application. This webpage does not submit form fields to a server or save them in browser storage. Your email provider and the receiving mail provider process the message when you choose to send it. If an email app is unavailable, you can contact the address directly.

Website delivery and security

Hosting and security providers may process ordinary request information, including IP address, browser information, requested URL, time, and referrer. URLs can contain campaign parameters when a visitor follows an advertisement. This information may appear in server or security logs even though this site's scripts do not store advertising identifiers in the browser.

App Store button labels produce only temporary events inside the current page; the site does not send those events to an analytics service. 5. External fonts and icons

The main website uses locally hosted fonts. Font Awesome icons are requested from the cdnjs content delivery network. The sponsored page may request Oswald and Roboto fonts from Google Fonts. These providers receive the technical information needed to serve a resource, such as IP address and browser headers. These requests are separate from an advertising pixel.

6. Sponsored links and external services

The Sponsored Content page links to a partner presentation that may include a product offer. We may receive a commission from purchases through our links. A referral service or merchant may process click, referral, and purchase information under its own policy. We may receive referral reports or commission records needed to account for that relationship. Do not enter sensitive health information into URL parameters or website messages.

Apple, app developers, merchants, payment providers, and public information websites control the data collected on their own services. Review their policies before downloading, buying, or submitting information. Following a link does not give this website access to diary entries stored inside an app or your complete payment card number.

7. When information may be disclosed

We may disclose website-related information to providers that host or secure the site, deliver communications, or assist with administration; to professional advisers where needed; in connection with a business transfer subject to applicable protections; or when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety. We do not sell website contact messages or provide them to advertising platforms for audience targeting. This site's own scripts do not perform cross-site behavioral tracking.

8. Retention and security

We retain messages and related records for as long as reasonably needed to handle a request, keep necessary business records, comply with law, or resolve a dispute. Infrastructure providers may retain logs under their own schedules. We take reasonable steps to protect information under our control, but no website, email service, or transmission method is completely secure.

No optional advertising tracker is activated by this website, including when a browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals. External sites may handle these signals differently.
