Urolog is a lifestyle and wellness diary for recording bladder-related events, drinks, notes, and personal patterns. It can help you keep a clearer history and prepare questions. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, predict, prevent, or treat any condition.

The current interface includes drinks, bathroom visits, leakage events, date and time, amount, and optional notes. Available categories and fields can change with app updates, so the interface on your device is the current source.

The US App Store listing available on September 7, 2026 requires iOS 16.0 or later and is presented as an iPhone app. Open the App Store on your own device to confirm current compatibility before downloading.

Some diary functions may work without a connection. Downloading the app, purchases, restoring access, AI features, and other services can require internet access. Because offline behavior is not fully described in the current public listing, confirm it in the version installed on your device.

App data practices are described in the developer privacy policy linked from the App Store and in Apple’s App Privacy section. This companion website does not load advertising pixels or nonessential analytics cookies. Email you voluntarily send to support is handled so the team can respond.

Sharing or export options can vary by app version and access level. Check the current app menus before relying on a specific file type. If you cannot find the option you need, contact support and include your app version, not sensitive diary details.

Version 1.3 release notes describe a weekly AI report and short daily personalized tips that use your diary activity. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Treat it only as a reflection prompt, never as medical advice or a clinical interpretation.

Urolog is free to download. Optional auto-renewable Premium access may be offered in the app. Apple displays the current localized price, billing period, and any trial information before you authorize payment.

On iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Urolog, and select Cancel Subscription if available. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid the next renewal.

Use the restore-purchase option in Urolog while signed in with the Apple ID used for the original transaction. If access does not return, contact support with the Apple receipt or transaction information requested by the team, but do not send diary entries.
